How to prevent a girl being raped in India

The title itself held a meaning that we need to protect our girls from being raped. After the sixty five years of independence, today also India is not safe. In our country, girls are being harassed and raped. The rapid increase of rape cases from past one year put a question mark over citizen’s safety. The most shocking incident comes into report in which Police did such an offensive crime.
 

The incident happened in Pune, Maharashtra. Around 07:30 in evening, a boy and a girl were stopped by the Pune Police. The guy was found to be without driving license. Police asked the boy to get the license, while by the mean time the girl was asked to come with them to the police station. Instead of taking her to police station they take her to some unknown place and raped.
 

There are so many girls who still don't know the law, but now we don't let this happen again.  You all should aware of law which states that According to section 36 of amended Act, a girl (also read woman) cannot be arrested by Police between 06:00 pm and 06:00 am even if the police have the arrest warrant. The girl (also read women) has the right to refuse to go with the police in this mean time.

How to apply and get PAN Card without paying extra money

Step 4: Then you need to fill the complete form in order to get you application submitted along with your full payment fees. When your payment is issued you will get an ACKNOWLEDGE NUMBER. Keep this number safe, it will be required for future use also.

Step 5: After that you need to send your one Identity proof, one address proof to NSDL office at Pune, Maharashtra  After successful verification of your document the PAN Card will be issued to your given address.
